Thank you for shopping at usschool.shop. We are committed to providing you with high-quality refurbished smartphones and an exceptional shopping experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
- You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The phone must be in the same condition that you received it (no physical damage, drops, liquid damage, or unauthorized disassembly).
- It must be in the original packaging with all included accessories (e.g., charging cables, SIM ejector tools).
- CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: Before shipping the device back, you must log out of all personal accounts (such as Google Account, Samsung Account, iCloud), remove all screen locks/passwords, and perform a factory reset. We cannot process returns for devices that are locked.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team via email at hamdnjesgroytgi@hotmail.com with your Order Number, reason for return, and clear photos/videos showing the current condition of the device.
- Our customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days.
- Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to the sender's address on the shipping label without contacting us first.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a product defect, functional issue, or a wrong item sent by us, usschool.shop will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong model, dislike the color), the buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
5. Refunds Processing
- Once your return is received and inspected by our technical team (to verify the serial/IMEI number and condition), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
6. Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hamdnjesgroytgi@hotmail.com within 48 hours with unboxing photos/videos so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
