1. Order Processing Time
  • All orders are processed, quality-tested, and securely packed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment is successfully verified.
  • Every refurbished phone undergoes a rigorous secondary diagnostic check and sanitization process by our tech team before being dispatched to guarantee top quality.
  • Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number will be sent to your inbox.
2. Shipping Destinations, Estimates & Rates
We offer standard shipping to global destinations. Our typical delivery estimates are as follows:

  • Please Note: These timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery dates may vary based on customs clearance procedures, severe weather conditions, or peak logistics seasons (such as Black Friday or Christmas).
3. Order Tracking
  • As soon as your package is picked up by the courier, a tracking link will be emailed to you.
  • You can track your shipment on our website via the "Track Order" page or enter your tracking number on global tracking platforms like 17track.net for real-time updates.
  • It may take 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active and visible online.

 

4. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
  • Please double-check your shipping address, postal code, and phone number during checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to answer courier calls, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs or re-delivery fees.
  • Please note that our carriers generally cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
  • Smartphones are high-value electronics. If you notice that the shipping box is severely damaged, crushed, or appears opened upon delivery, please take photos/videos immediately and refuse to sign for the package.
  • Contact our support team within 48 hours at hamdnjesgroytgi@hotmail.com with your proof of damage. We will immediately initiate a claim with the courier and assist you with a free replacement or refund.
